Finishing bond beam

An enjoyable day of carpentry today. Dave pre-drilled holes to take the nails, I bashed in the nails and we cut and chiselled the last length of wood to finish the bond beam. Erm did I say enjoyable? It would've been if that last piece of wood had fitted first time. We must've chiselled and tested it 20 times before we got it right.

Back to tyres

Finishing the front face bond beam meant we had half an hour to spare so it was back to tyre bashing. Only one today but they all go towards finishing the tyres for the round room.
